1:1 YOGA

A private yoga session may be beneficial if you are just getting started with yoga and would like to learn the basics before attending a public class. It may also be more suitable if you are recovering from an injury or have specific needs or concerns. Sessions will be tailored to your needs and requirements and detailed instruction will be provided, allowing you to derive the most benefit possible.


1-hour private session: £40

5 x 1-hour private sessions: £175

Small group sessions also available.
