Here I’ve brought together a collection of wellbeing-related podcasts, apps and YouTube channels that I find helpful. I hope they empower you to find ways to boost your health and happiness in everyday life. Enjoy exploring and let me know any recommendations you have!
Established by Ella Mills, Deliciously Ella is all about plant-based eating and making vegetables cool. I never feel short of inspiration for healthy meals, and would also highly recommend the Deliciously Ella podcast if you're interested in plant-based nutrition, healthy living and having a positive effect on the planet.
Dr Chatterjee's podcast is based on the idea that when we feel better, we get more out of life. He interviews a variety of people connected to living a happy, healthy lifestyle and I couldn't recommend the podcast enough!
A recent discovery of mine, the Slow Home Podcast offers lots of conversations on slow living, mindfulness, wellbeing, the environment and more. I've been totally inspired by this show!
Dr Hazel Wallace is a medical doctor and author, sharing interesting content on health, nutrition and lifestyle, lots of great recipes and an informative podcast, too. Go explore!
Having used the Calm app for a couple of years now, I can recommend it without a doubt. It offers guided meditations, sleep stories, music tracks, breathing exercises, movement practices and a series of 'masterclasses' to help you live better. The 10-minute 'Daily Calm' is a great first step into meditation if you're new to it.
The Insight Timer app offers guided meditations and music tracks recorded by many of the top meditation teachers around the world. A great way to explore different topics and styles of meditation, with a varied 'Daily Insight' to experience something new each day!
For inspiration on plant-based eating, minimalism and lifestyle, Pick Up Limes is one of my favourite places to go! Dietitian Sadia Badiei creates articles, videos and vegan recipes to help you live a life you love, fuelled by plant-based foods.
Ah, Yoga with Adriene. How I first started practicing yoga, and always my recommendation for at-home yoga practice!
Created by London-based yoga teacher Annie Clarke, Mind Body Bowl offers easy-to-follow yoga practices, guided meditations and delicious recipes for your to try at home. Enjoy!
