Terms & Conditions

Please note that all class bookings are made in accordance with the Space to Balance terms and conditions set out below. Any changes made to our terms and conditions will be updated here.

Refunds, Cancellations & Missed Classes

Space to Balance is under no obligation to refund class bookings in the event that you are unable to attend.

If you have a block booking and are unable to attend a class, refunds and transfers are not available, however you may attend an alternative class in the same week instead if you wish, subject to availability.

If you have a drop-in booking and are unable to attend a class, your booking may be transferable to another date within the same term at Space to Balance’s discretion, where request is made in advance by email to info@spacetobalance.com. Drop-in bookings cannot be rolled over to the following term, except for where the class you cannot attend is the last class in the term.

If in-person classes cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to adverse weather, disease epidemics, government actions, natural disasters, war and strikes), the classes in question will be taught online via Zoom instead. In this case, details for joining the class will be provided by email in advance. Space to Balance is under no obligation to refund class bookings where such circumstances arise.

If a class is cancelled by Space to Balance due to illness or any other reason, either a replacement class will be scheduled and your booking transferred, a recorded class provided instead, or a credit provided that you may redeem against your next booking.
