A personalised experience of yoga tailored to you
If you’re looking for a tailor-made approach to your yoga practice, 1:1 sessions could be the perfect solution. Whether you’re new to yoga, short on time or have specific needs to attend to, private yoga sessions are bespoke to you.
What’s involved?
During a 1:1, I use a mixture of techniques to support you in your practice, including hatha and vinyasa flow style yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and relaxation.
Private sessions can be tailored to you and what you would find most helpful, empowering you to receive the benefits a yoga practice offers. They’re a great way to carve out time to slow down, nurture your wellbeing and connect with your mind and body.
Where do sessions take place?
Each session is 1 hour long and can take place in person at your home or at a local venue (additional fee applies where room hire is required).
One venue I love to hire for private sessions is the beautiful yoga studio at Green Spa Massage & Wellbeing on New Road, Chippenham, pictured below. The most serene yoga space I’ve found and an all-round lovely wellness-focused business!

Who can attend?
Private yoga sessions can be arranged for individuals, couples, friends, and small groups. If you’d like to arrange a private yoga class for a group, whether as a regular class or one-off event, find out more here and drop me an email to arrange.
How many sessions would I have?
I usually work with clients on a weekly basis, though you may find one or two sessions are enough if you have something specific you want to work on. Everyone is different, and arrangements can be flexible to suit you.

How do I book?
To arrange private yoga sessions, please get in touch via email. Let me know what you are looking for from the sessions and what times and days would suit you best, and we can come up with an arrangement to suit you.
Payment is to be made by bank transfer in advance of the sessions. Details for bank transfer are provided upon arrangement of sessions.
Cost per 1hr session:
£60 for 1 person / £75 for 2 people
Prices are for in-person sessions at your home within the Chippenham area. An additional fee may apply where room hire and/or further travel is required.
