Take a look at the details below to find out more about weekly classes. My goal is to empower you to optimise your health and happiness through movement and mindfulness. With a relaxed, welcoming and fun atmosphere, classes are open to all aged 16+ and cater for the needs of each individual. Book classes via the link below.
