Join me for a blissful hour of guided meditation, breathwork, mindful flow yoga and relaxation to leave you with a deep sense of peace and calm. The perfect way to carve out some time for yourself and look after your wellbeing.

I teach in-person yoga classes per week in Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays; scroll down for details and some useful FAQs. All my classes are friendly, informal and suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Whether you’ve practiced yoga before or you’re brand new to it, I’d love to welcome you… no experience or flexibility required! Modifications are provided where needed, as well as more challenging options for those looking to progress further.
