Each session blends functional movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle meditation. Designed around common workplace needs, classes help ease tension in the back, neck, shoulders, and wrists, improve posture, and boost energy and focus.
Sessions are suitable for all levels and can be arranged in person at your workplace or online via Teams or Zoom. Whether you’d like a morning energiser, lunchtime reset, or end-of-day wind down, everything is tailored to fit your team’s schedule.

Wellness Workshops
