Wedding Yoga
A blissful hour of movement and mindfulness for your wedding celebrations
Create a moment of calm amidst the excitement of your wedding celebrations with a private 1-hour yoga session designed for all levels. Whether enjoyed on the morning of your wedding to ease nerves, ground your energy, and start the day feeling relaxed and connected, or the morning after as a chance to unwind, stretch, and reflect, these sessions offer a beautiful opportunity to slow down and be present.
Suitable for couples, wedding parties, family members, and friends, each session is tailored to your group and designed to fit seamlessly into your plans. You're welcome to choose a time that works best for you, and I'll arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand to quietly set up and create a peaceful, welcoming space.
What To Expect
A 1-hour session typically includes:
A short guided mindfulness meditation to arrive in the moment
Yoga-based movement in a blissful blend of hatha and gentle vinyasa flow styles
Guided relaxation supported by the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls and other instruments
My teaching is infused with breath and body awareness throughout, creating a mindful experience that balances energy and ease.
I also incorporate props such as yoga blocks, straps, and massage balls to enhance comfort, support, and accessibility for all participants.
