Set in beautiful surroundings near Chippenham, our day retreats are designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself through movement, rest, and meaningful reflection.

Led by Kelly Wariner and Katy Smith, our retreats bring together a complementary blend of skills and experience to support your wellbeing. Kelly is a yoga teacher, artist, and sound bath practitioner, while Katy is a life coach, gong practitioner, and forest therapy practitioner. Together, we create thoughtfully curated retreat experiences that combine movement, mindfulness, creativity, nature connection, and deep relaxation in a warm and welcoming environment.

Each retreat may include gentle yoga, meditation, reflective journaling, nature-based practices, sound baths, deep relaxation, and time for quiet connection. Suitable for all experience levels, these retreats offer the perfect opportunity to prioritise your wellbeing and return home feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed.

Throughout the day, you'll be guided through a carefully curated blend of gentle yoga, mindfulness practices, guided journaling, forest bathing, and a deeply restorative gong bath. Together, these experiences create space to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with what matters most.

The day also includes time for quiet reflection, informal connection, refreshments, and a supportive closing circle.

This retreat is suitable for all levels and offers a welcoming environment where you can simply arrive, breathe, and be.
